Hopeara CIC is a community interest company dedicated to supporting emotional wellbeing, confidence, and social connection through meaningful and engaging support and activities.

Our team is trained and experienced in wellbeing, mental health, and public and community health, bringing professional and academic expertise to support individuals across all stages of life.

We are committed to providing evidence informed, person centred support in safe, inclusive, and accessible environments.

Our work focuses on providing preventative wellbeing support that helps individuals reconnect with positive routines, build confidence, and improve their overall wellbeing.

We aim to create spaces where individuals can explore activities that promote personal growth, social connection, and positive mental health.

Our Approach

Hopeara CIC takes a person-centred approach, meaning sessions are adapted to each individual’s needs, interests and pace.

Activities are designed to be accessible, calming and engaging, helping participants develop confidence, build positive routines and reconnect with activities that support their wellbeing.

Our aim is to provide gentle, supportive wellbeing experiences that help individuals feel more confident, capable and connected.

What We Do

Hopeara CIC provides wellbeing support through a variety of engaging and supportive activities, tailored to each individual’s needs and interests.

Home-Based Wellbeing Support.

Hopeara CIC provides personalised home based wellbeing sessions for individuals who may benefit from one to one support in their own environment.

Support begins with an Initial Wellbeing Review, allowing us to understand each person’s needs, interests and goals. From this we develop a personalised wellbeing plan designed to support confidence, routine building and improved wellbeing over time.

Home-based support can be particularly helpful for individuals experiencing anxiety, isolation, low confidence or difficulty leaving the home.

Who We Support

Hopeara CIC supports individuals who may be experiencing:

  • Anxiety or low mood
  • Social isolation or loneliness
  • Loss of confidence
  • Sensory overwhelm
  • Difficulty leaving the home• A need for gentle wellbeing support
Our sessions are inclusive and suitable for children, adults and older adults.

Community Workshops & Occasional Group Sessions.

In addition to home-based support, Hopeara CIC occasionally delivers interactive wellbeing workshops and small group sessions in partnership with local organisations.

These sessions may take place within:

  • Schools
  • Community centres
  • Youth organisations
  • Community groups
  • Wellbeing programmes

Workshops combine engaging activities, creativity and wellbeing learning, helping participants build confidence, emotional awareness and positive wellbeing habits in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

We welcome partnerships and referrals from GPs, social prescribers, schools, community organisations and support services.

Referrals

Referrals can be made by:
